Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion (medium) finely chopped
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 Tomato (medium) chopped
  • ¼ tsp Coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp Jeera powder
  • pinch Pepper powder
  • 2 Almonds chopped
  • 3 tsp Coconut grated
  • pinch Turmeric
  • 1 cup Makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 4 tsp Green peas frozen

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, and grated coconut. Saute until the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
  • Now, add coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder, and a pinch of turmeric. Mix well.
  • Add 1 cup of makhana and 4 tsp of frozen green peas. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the makhana turns crisp and the peas are cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds for an extra crunch.
