Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp Oats
  • ½ tsp Ghee
  • tsp Urad dal
  • Curry leaves few
  • pinch Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves (few chopped)
  • Jeera few
  • Mustard seeds few
  • 1 Banana puree or finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat a kadai and add ghee to it. Then, add urad dal and saute until it turns golden brown.
  • Add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and coriander leaves to the kadai. Saute well.
  • Pour water into the kadai and let it boil.
  • Add oats to the boiling mixture and cook on simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and add curd and banana puree or chopped banana to the mixture.
  • Mix well and the Oats Banana Tadka is ready to be served.
