Ingredients
  

  • 1 Raw banana medium peeled and cut into pieces
  • tsp Turmeric powder
  • Curry leaves few
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • tsp Jeera
  • tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Coconut powder
  • 1 tsp Bengal gram
  • 3 piece Garlic
  • 2 Pepper powder pinch

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a kadai on low flame and saute 1/8 tsp Jeera, 1/8 tsp Mustard seeds, and Curry leaves for a minute.
  • Add the 1 Raw banana pieces to the kadai and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, then add 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder and mix again. Cover with a lid.
  • In a blender, blend1 tsp Bengal gram, 3 piece Garlic, 2 Pepper powder , and 1 tsp Coconut powder. Add this mixture to the banana fry curry and mix well.
  • Cook for an additional 15 minutes until the raw banana is tender and well-coated with the spice mixture.
  • The delicious Raw Banana Fry is now ready to be served. It can be enjoyed with sambar, rice, chapati, or roti.
