Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • ¾ cup Grated Carrot
  • 1 Cardamom
  • ¼ cup Olive oil sunflower oil/odorless oil
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Broken Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Blend together whole wheat flour, grated carrot, cardamom, olive oil/sunflower oil, coconut milk, and broken walnuts until smooth. Add a few tsp of water if needed for the desired consistency.
  • Preheat a cooker by adding salt to the bottom and heating it on simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into a desired shape bowl and place it inside the preheated cooker. Bake the cake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Check the cake’s readiness by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  • Allow the cake to cool down and then pack it in a box for your travel adventures.
