Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Pre-cooked rice
  • 1 ½ tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • Asafoetida pinch of
  • ¼ tsp Ginger grated
  • 2 ½ tbsp Channa dal
  • 2 tbsp Urad dal
  • 6 Cashews
  • ½ Green chili
  • 1 Curry leaves sprig
  • 1 cup Coconut fresh grated

Instructions
 

  • Soak channa dal in 15 minutes (optional) and drain.
  • Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and grated ginger.
  • Cook channa dal, urad dal, and cashews until golden brown. Add curry leaves and green chilies.
  • Stir in grated coconut and cooked rice. Mix gently.
  • Let it cool down, pack it, and enjoy!
