Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Poha flattened rice
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp Ghee clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast 1 cup Poha and ¼ cup Sesame seeds separately, then blend them to a fine powder.
  • Add ½ cup Desiccated coconut to the mixture and blend again.
  • Transfer the mixture to a plate and shape it into balls using 2 tsp Ghee-greased hands.
  • Store the balls in an airtight container for later enjoyment.
